We believe that one of the keys to a good day out in the hills or on the water is quality food and drinks. We provide lunch with both hot and fresh cold choices, plenty of steaming hot drinks, mineral water and ample snacks.

All of our guides hold first aid qualifications and know how to use them. We all carry comprehensive first aid kits appropriate to the activities. Safety is our prime concern so all you need to worry about is whether you can cope with so much excitement!
